1. 7-Day Return Window

We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging, complete with security tags, warranty cards, and gift boxes intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Pierced Earrings: Due to strict international hygiene and sanitary regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the tamper seal is broken.
• Custom Engraved or Altered Pieces: Any piece resized or custom engraved upon request.
• Final Archive / Clearance items indicated as non-returnable at purchase.

3. Initiating a Return or Size Swap

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our client concierge at info@purpleleet.com with your order number and item details.
2. Our courier partner will arrange an insured doorstep collection within the UAE.
3. Once inspected at our atelier, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
